Air Baltic Payscale
First Officer:
€ 49.200 – 58.800 / year gross
Based on 80h / month and experience First Officers can expect a net salary of € 4.000 – 5.500 / month.
During the inital 300h the pay is € 1.200 net / month.
Captain:
€ 112.800 – 130.800 / year gross
Based on 80h / month and experience Captains can expect a net salary of € 7.000 – 8.000 / month.
Per Diem
complex model for Captains and First Officers, no per diems for first 60h, after 60h: FO €33-48, CPT: €52-69, after 80h: 1,5x the rate
Air Baltic Roster
flexible roster, expect to be flown to FTL limitations

airBaltic operates a fleet of modern Airbus A220 series aircraft.
Requirements for Air Baltic Pilots
First Officers:
- Valid EU FCL CPL or ATPL license (EASA form 141);
- Valid EASA Medical Class 1;
- ICAO English 4 or higher;
- For First Officers – at least 1000 hours of Commercial Air Transport (CAT) operations on aircraft with EFIS, FMA and FMS systems, MTOW > 5,7t;
- For Senior First Officers – Minimum of 2750 hours of Commercial Air Transport (CAT) operations on modern aircraft with EFIS, FMA and FMS systems;
- Minimum of 1500 hours on CS25 (MTOW >5,7t);
- To be self-motivated, committed to the highest standards of safety and responsibility, and willing to relocate to Baltic States for the contract duration period.

Air Baltic Bases
airBaltic operates from Vilnius, Riga and Tampere.
